"Carol Austin as Real Estate Agent and Kurt Diener as Renovator/Stager worked together as a team on our home, providing a unique service that covered the whole process of preparing and selling our house and eliminating most of the headaches on the way. My wife Jean and I intended to sell our house this Spring and move to Saint Catharines. We are retired and had planned to vacation in Florida for January and February so I approached Kurt to do renovations to our Toronto house while we were away. The house needed some renovations and sprucing up generally. While we were soaking up the sun Kurt did renovations and gave us almost daily information by phone of the progress and problems that arose. When we got back from Florida we were astounded-- the house looked great. But the Diener/Austin team wasn't finished yet!
